What is electro dry needling?
A modern hybrid of acupuncture and Western trigger-point therapy. The needle alone, plus a low-frequency electrical pulse delivered through it, causes the contracted muscle fibers to twitch, then fully release. Patients describe the result as "the knot finally let go."
Why electro dry needling?
Standard massage and physiotherapy can't always reach the deepest muscle knots — especially in the gluteal muscles (sciatica), the rotator cuff (frozen shoulder), or the deep neck muscles (tension headaches). The needle reaches what hands cannot, and the micro-current dramatically shortens recovery time.

FAQ
Does the electrical current hurt?
No — it's a very low-frequency pulse that feels like a gentle tap or buzz. The therapist sets the intensity to your comfort.
How is this different from acupuncture?
Acupuncture targets meridian points to balance the whole body. Dry needling targets specific muscle knots for fast pain relief. Many patients benefit from both.
How many sessions?
Most muscle pain resolves in 3–6 sessions. Sports injuries: 4–8 sessions plus a recovery plan.
