What is kinesiology taping?
A breathable elastic cotton tape (latex-free) applied in specific patterns along muscles, joints, or lymphatic pathways. The tape gently lifts the skin, creating microscopic space that improves blood and lymph flow underneath — and provides supportive feedback to the muscle as you move. It stays on for 3–5 days, even through showers and farm work.
Why kinesiology taping?
Most therapies last only as long as the session. Tape extends the benefit between visits — particularly useful for active people, working professionals, athletes, and farmers who can't rest a joint completely. It's the cheapest and longest-lasting "between-session helper" we offer.

FAQ
How long does the tape stay on?
3 to 5 days normally. It's water-resistant — you can shower, sweat, even swim with it on.
Is it painful to remove?
Not at all. We use medical-grade tape with gentle adhesive. We'll show you the painless removal technique.
Can I get it wet?
Yes. Pat dry — don't rub — and the tape will stay on for its full duration.
